Top Ten Tuesday: Short and Sweet!

Top Ten Tuesday is a book blog meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week’s prompt is Favorite Novellas/Short Stories. 

I couldn’t think of specific short stories so I wanted to just list some of my favorite anthologies of short stories/novellas. I also couldn’t get to ten, but that’s okay because with all the short stories inside them I’m way over ten haha.

1. Stars Above: Marissa Meyer can literally do no wrong.

2. Because You Love To Hate Me: Some of these were better than others, but wow, some were AMAZING! Also: booktube!

3. Happily Ever After: The Selection is such trash it’s horrible but it’s my guilty pleasure and I love it anyways.

4. Enthralled: Paranormal Diversions. This one introduced me to so many amazing authors like Melissa Marr and Kelley Armstrong I’m so grateful ❤

5. Faery Tales and Nightmares: Ahh Wicked Lovely my original faery love

  2. I have a love/hate relationship with the Selecion series too but it’s definitely an awesome guilty pleasure and I’ll always love that it gave me Maxon. Lol. The last two additions was actually better than I expected probably because I wasn’t expecting too much out it. Mostly wanted to read to see what happened to Maxon and America. I love the Lunar Chronicles but havent read anything from Stars Above. I have a hard time saying goodbye to series lol.

  4. I like a good anthology but don’t read a lot of them? I’d like to find more good ones. Because You Love To Hate Me caught my eye a while back, but I never did get it. I should- and Faery tales and Nightmares looks great too!

    1. Tbh I kind of skimmed over the BookTube part–it’s not even part of the story, it’s just commentary so you can still understand it, it’s totally ok that you don’t watch BookTube 🙂
