Currently Reading:
- Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban: I’m slowly but surely working my way through rereading the Harry Potter series!!
Just Finished:
- Crooked Kingdom: 5 stars. Honestly though, 6 stars. This book is perfection. I read it a week ago and I’m still caught up on it. I was so stressed and excited all the way through, and I lowkey want to read it again right now!!
- Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone (reread): 5 stars. Ahh I was so happy to dive back into the first magical year at Hogwarts–felt just like a little kid again ❤
- Royals: 2.5 stars. I was really excited for the premise of this one, but it just felt so cheesy and fake and stereotypical
- The Fandom: 3.5 stars. There were a lot of issues with this book, like the irritating characters and plot holes, but honestly, how could I not like a book all about fandoms and geekiness!
- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (reread): 5 stars. Bwahahah Lockheart is HILARIOUS I forgot just how much fun this book was!
Reading Next:
- Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire: So down, this one is my favorite HP ❤
- The Hazel Wood: I’ve been meaning to read this one for a while now, can’t wait to do it!
Hammock of Books 
I feel like so many people are rereading the HP series this summer. I’ve never read any of the books so maybe that should be one of my summer goals lol.

I’ve not been back to the Harry Potter series in a few years. Think I’ve read the books three times – once with each of my children. There is so much more in the books than in the movies – especially ‘The Goblet of Fire’ where they seemed to miss a lot out in the movie. I love re-reading Harry Potter! Between the end of June being the celebrating of the first book being published and the Harry’s birthday in July summer is perfect for re-visiting the magic. I have been tempted by Royals but you didn’t like it? Also, I cannot wait to hear what you think of The Hazel Wood. Happy reading! I’m sorry you weren’t a fan of Royals and The Fandom. I got an ARC of Royals a while ago but something has been keeping me from reading it so I guess it’s nice to know I can knock it off the list. I had wanted to read The Fandom but have now seen a lot of mixed reviews.
I really hope you end up loving The Hazel Wood! That book is one of my favorites of 2018 and I always recommend it to people. Happy reading 🙂

I wish I had loved the Harry Potter books…I started the first one, and it just didn’t grab me. I did enjoy a couple of the movies, though.
Crooked Kingdom has been showing up everywhere…and since you gave it 5 stars, I may have to check it out!

I just finished my first read through of HP and the Prisoner of Azkaban! I loved it! I can’t wait to read the rest of the series as it keeps getting better! I listened to the audiobook for The Hazel Wood and thought it was a pretty good book. I hope you enjoy it!
