WWW Wednesday 4/18/18

WWW Wednesday is a book blog meme hosted by Taking On A World of Worlds where book bloggers answer the following three questions: What are you currently reading? What did you just finish reading? What are you reading next?

I’m not currently reading anything this week because I have lots of tests and don’t want to get distracted!!  (yet here I am on the internet…)

Just Finished: The Astonishing Color of After by Emily X.R. Pan (4 stars). This was really good! Leigh felt really realistic in her grief, and the magical realism worked wonderfully. My favorite part was how darn relatable she was for me, as the only half-Taiwanese protagonist I’ve ever read!!! (I’m half-Taiwanese like Leigh).

Reading Next: Duels and Deception by Cindy Anstey: I’ve heard such good things about this one and can’t wait to jump into it!

FUN FACT ABOUT MY LIFE: I read six books in the first week of April when I was on Spring Break!!!!! Then, in the ten days since then, I’ve read only one book!!!!

*crawls slowly into a hole and dies*

Hands up if you’re ready for summer because this girl is!!!!

PS don’t forget to give a like and comment so that I can visit your WWW Wednesday too!

  1. The Astonishing Color of After sounds so freaking good, i’ve heard so much positive buzz about it and have been dying to pick it up! Also so relatable because i’ll read 5 books one week and 1 the next lol. Lovely post 🙂

  2. I hope you have a great week in reading! I’m so waiting for summer! We have had couple warmer days already but it’s getting colder again 😑 I hate Finnish weather because we have so few summer days and then it’s cold again 😄
